Lay back, be you, and let’s take some pictures
This isn’t about a photo session, or even the pictures, it’s about You. Forget about posing and feeling stiff in front of the camera. Imagine going on a walk with an old friend, who just happens to have a camera with them. My process is free and flowy, and my only goal is to capture your true self.
The real You framed into a timeless portrait
My approach
01.
Fill out the form
Once you’ve made up your mind, complete the form, and I will be getting back to you as soon as possible.
02.
Meet up
So everyone feels comfortable and accustomed to each other, we’ll have a quick call, or even meet up for a coffee to discuss things and plan everything out.
03.
Picture time
The big day! We’ll meet, talk, connect, and get to know each other. In the meantime, I will be preparing the equipment so we can jump right into it.
04.
Delivery
In a week or so, you will receive your edited pictures, to see yourself in all your natural glory.
This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
It's all about you and how you want to express yourself to the world. Just be your authentic self.
What should I wear?
It all depends on what kind of photoshoot you need.
Do you need corporate/business headshots? Then business formalwear. Do you need a casting headshot? Wear something stylish but casual, but fits your unique style and expression as a performing artist.
How many pictures will I receive?
There's no one answer to this. It really just depends on the photoshoot. With most headshots, you'd usually get 2 (one portrait, one landscape). Other arrangements may be made depending on our agreement.
For a portrait session, there's no guarantee to any specific number. I deliver the highest possibly quality of the best possible photos from the session. Don't worry, you do get to have input on the selection process.
Are you available outside of Siler City, NC?
Absolutely! I generally cover the Triangle and Triad regions of North Carolina. I am willing to travel, though there may be additional costs depending on where and for how long.
Do you do other photography?
Of course! Reach out to me for any specific questions/requests!
I also engage with various cosplay artists/communities for portraiture.
When do you usually take photos?
Mostly Saturday and Sunday. This allows for folks to not have to try to "make something work" on their otherwise busy weekdays. I do all editing work through the week to keep those days open for you!
Do you do weddings?
Weddings require a very special touch for a very special day. Unfortunately, I don't have that touch.
I feel that such an occasion is best served by a photographer who is 100% dedicated to such important events.
Do you sell prints?
Yes! I do some printing in-house, and outsource very large prints or ultra-specialized prints to a local specialist.
Please reach out to me if you are interested in purchasing a copy of any of my works.
Do you have a question?
Please reach out to me through my Contact page! I will happily answer any questions you may have!
